All classroom teaching faculty are fully qualified and trained as Montessori teachers or assistants for the level at which they are working.

 Each Montessori classroom is staffed by two adults: a certified Montessori teacher who has a college degree and Montessori MACTE (Montessori Accreditation Council of Teacher Education) Diploma, and a co-teacher who most often has a college diploma in E.C.E (early childhood education). In addition to the classroom teachers, the primary program is enriched by specialty teachers in French and music.

 Each of our staff is carefully chosen based on his/her qualifications, experience and personal qualities.  Our teachers are warm, caring, sensitive, patient, energetic and committed and eager to learn new ways to enhance the development of the children, and most importantly, have a profound love of children

 Teachers work with close parent consultation to ensure the child is happy in his environment. Our teachers are sensitive to the needs of all children, recognizing that they are continually growing, working and absorbing the world around them and their own individual pace.
